Description landlord

Geizige private Vermieter bei denen immer der böse Miete schuld ist. Heizung funktioniert nur rudimentär. Da das Haus aus den 50igern ist, ist es leider auch mit der Dämmung nicht weit her. Also nichts für Frostbeulen. Ach ja die Heizung schaft es nicht, aber der Mieter ist schuld.

Price and location informations

Miete ist gerade noch akzeptabel gering, aber auch keinen Euro mehr wert. Starker Investitionsstau.... so etwa 30 Jahre.
Direkt angrenzend an eine Schule mit recht aktivem Nachtleben, vor allem im Sommer. Straßenlärm ist erträglich, wobei die Belästigung durch Martinshörner stark zugenommen hat.
