Der Preis entspricht den im Durchschnitt geforderten Mieten. Niehl ist zwar ein vom Zentrum etwas enntfernterer Stadtteil, jedoch ist dieses in ca 15 Minuten mit zwei Strassenbahnverbindungen zu erreichen.
