Vermieter bringt überzogene Nebenkostenabrechnung gerade noch fristgerecht. Dadurch merkt man erst recht spät, dass es System hat und er sich somit eine zusätzliche Monatsmiete bezahlen lässt.

Zunächst mal ist die Oststadt einfach tolle Lage.
Das Haus ist glaub ich über 120 Jahre alt, aber dafür das meiste Original bzw. so modernisiert, dass man den Zustand als angemessen sehen kann.
Der Preis ist auch für die Oststadt völlig oK.

Vermieter behält Kaution auch noch lange nach Auszug ein. Ist dann plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar und bereichtet wenn er mal erreichbar ist über tausende Gründe, weshalb er die Kaution nicht zurückzahlen kann.
Nebenkosten sind sehr teuer und man muss mit erheblichen Nachzahlungen rechnen, da die veranschlagte Nebenkosten vorne und hinten nicht ausreichen. Ein Nachweis über die selbst durchgeführten Reinigungsarbeiten und umfangreichen Gartenarbeiten (Es gibt keinen Garten, wird aber in Rechnung gestellt) werden nicht geliefert.
Vermieter wohnt im Haus.

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Wohnungen und Vermietungen in der Oststadt ein gutes Angebot. Hatte 10 Jahre lang keine Probleme.

Der Mietpreis ist für die neu renovierte Wohnung in dieser Lage echt super. in 10 Jahren gab es 2 Mal eine gerechtfertigte Mieterhöhung, weil auch viele Erneuerungen durchgeführt wurden.

Nach mehreren Monaten der konstanten Kommunikation nur durch vom Vermieter ausgestellte, unberechtigte Abmahnungen, beschlossen wir auszuziehen. Ein weiterer Grund war eine bevorstehende Mieterhöhung. Auf einen großen Teil der Kaution wird auch 1,5 Jahre nach Auszug noch gewartet.

Preis war etwas zu teuer, aber die Lage war sehr gut.

Hausverwaltung: Benissasun Ltd. Stellt frei erfundene Betriebskostenabrechnungen aus. Konnte mehrere Jahre keine Rechnungen und Begründungen aufzeigen. Mängel werden teils nach Monaten erst behoben. Kaution wird versucht durch Abstinenz einzubehalten.

Price and location informations

Für die Heruntergekommenen Wohnungen absolut überteuert. Lage ist gut und wäre die Hausverwaltung nicht auf Betrug aus, hätte man hier ganz gut wohnen können.
