Nach 3 Jährigem Gerichtsstreit, wurd ihm von der Richterin (wohl schon das 3. Mal) gesagt, dass er mit seinen Forderungen daneben liegt. Ich habe Recht bekommen, wie jeder anderen Exmieter auch, der sich nicht hat unterbuttern lassen.

Description landlord

Am Anfang ist er freundlich, aber wenn's ums Geld geht, zieht er seine eigenen Mieter auch mal schnell vors Gericht. Er verlangt bei Einzug eine Haftpflichtversicherung, und die soll bei Auszug zahlen. Ich empfehle lieber eine Rechtschutzversicherung!

Lage und der Grundzustand des Hauses sind in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Wande feucht und es schimmelt bereit in den ersten beiden Etagen.
