Die Wohnung ist dauerhaft feucht und schimmelig, für Wohnzwecke in dem Zustand nicht geeignet, eine fachgerechte Sanierung wäre hier von Nöten.

Der Alptraum jedes Mieters der sein sauerverdientes Geld in die Wohnung stecken will....Ich würde davon abraten...
Alles veraltet u. kaputt...
Haus Außenmauer u. das Treppenhaus schreit nach Farbe...
Uralte Fenster absolut nix wärmegedämmt....
Bäder uralt....Briefkasten ständig kaputt....
Schimmel in Wohnung wird mit Schimmelex ein bisschen weg gemacht u. dann mit Latexfarbe darüber gestrichen damit man das nicht mehr sieht...
Vermieter hat Null Einsicht eine Fachfirma kommen zu lassen um den Schimmelbefall beseitigen zu lassen den das kostet Geld....
Statt dessen kommt eine Kanalreinigungsfirma die er kennt um den Schimmel zu beseitigen...
Ach ich könnte Stunden lang so weiter schreiben, aber wir Ziehen demnächst eh aus...
