Description landlord

HV agiert unkompliziert bei Untermietsverträgen. Hatten bisher keinen Stress. Droht bei zu später mietzahlung nicht gleich mit Kündigung, sondern sucht nach adäquater Lösung.

Price and location informations

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Pankow etwas ruhiger und abgelegen. Alle 2 Jahre gibt's eine vertretbare Mieterhöhung von ca. 20 Euro. Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders hellhörig.
