Description landlord

Vermieter ist absolute Zumutung. Preis für WG-Zimmer überzogen. Der Vermieter käuft dennoch immer das Günstigste vom Günstigen. Im Treppenhaus stinkt es nach Müll, weil der Vermieter nicht bereit ist für eine Lösung Geld auszugeben. Der Vermieter ist mit Bedienung der Heizungsanlage völlig überfordert, dadurch hatten wir schon mehrfach kalte Tage gehabt.

Über 100 Jahre alter Altbau. Viele Arbeiten an Gebäude und Wohnung wurden durch den Vermieter selbst amateurhaft vorgenommen. Beispiel: schlechte Malerarbeiten
