Description landlord

Nachdem wir dieses Objekt das von Windmühlen umgeben ist, 2016 verlassen haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Geschichte weiter geht. Das Haus war zu unserer Zeit 2015/2016 feucht, alle Fenster undicht, schimmlig von Anfang an .. .
Aber das Beste kommt zum Schluss. Wir haben gerade eine Nebenkostenabrechnung ohne Nachweise erhalten. Trotz wenig heizen, und wenig Wasserverbrauch sollen wir für 10 Monate circa 1100,00€ nachzahlen. Vorsicht ist geboten beim Mietvertrag. Ihr habt das Recht das Gas selbst einzukaufen. Ist garantiert viel billiger. Ach da ist ja noch der Versuch, trotz Verlassen des Hauses im ordentlichen zustand, Reinigungskosten von circa 700,00€ zu erschwindeln.

Vermieter verweigert Mängelbeseitigung. Redet sich raus. Ist nie erreichbar.

Das Haus ist feucht, alle Fenster nicht dicht. Das Haus riecht nach Schimmel. Sehr schlecht renoviert (Türen mit Pack- band ausgebesset und schlecht gestrichen .. .) Dach im Anbau nicht dicht. Zahlreiche Mängel. Außerdem 24 Stunden Lärm durch Windpark.
