unter aller S.. ! der VM ist stadtverordneter und denkt leider das er über den dingen steht ! lehrerhaftes und herablassendes verhalten

nah am wald aber ein windrad macht nachts lärm ! der VM macht dafür lärm wann er will...ohne ankündigung ! die einzig sicheren termine für seine dauerbaustelle ( seit 6 jahren ca. ) sind die samstage von 8-18 uhr ( jeden samstag wird man mit schlagbohrermaschine geweckt....und man gewöhnt sich nicht daran^^)

Vermieter hält nur an seinen Rechten fest, doch seine Pflichten interessieren Ihn nicht! Vermieter wird schnell aufbrausend wenn man Ihn an seine Pflichten erinnert.

Price and location informations

Miete viel zu hoch wenn man bedenkt, das man in einem Umfeld wohnen soll das an tieftste DDR- Zeiten erinnert. Ständiger Baulärm, vorallem am Wochenende, da alle Arbeiten am Haus in Eigenleistung des Vermieters statt finden. Hohe Heizkosten da Außenwände nur zum Teil gedämmt.
