Description landlord

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Seit 1 Jahr versuche ich nun als ehem. Mieter an meine noch ausstehenden 228 € ( 150 € Restkaution und Guthaben aus letzten beiden Betriebskostenabrechungen) zu kommen. Keine Reaktion auf E-Mails oder Einschreiben und wenn man dann durch Zufall dann doch mal jemand an das Telefon bekommt, wird rumgedruckst, dass die Chefin nicht da sei und sonst niemand Überweisungen tätigen kann.

Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiterin ist die Chefin entweder im Krankenhaus oder macht es sich im Urlaub gemütlich!

Price and location informations

Preis war zu meiner Zeit okay. Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt neben einem Krankenhaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist schnell mit dem Bus (hält direkt vor der Haustür) innerhalb von 4 Minuten auf der Schlossstraße in Steglitz
